SENIOR TAX PROFESSIONAL/EX-HMRC TAX INSPECTOR
Job Specification
A boutique Tax practice in Canterbury is looking for a tax professional to join their ever-expanding team. The ideal candidate will preferably be an ex HMRC employee or a legal professional with a wealth of tax experience.
Ideally we would love a junior barrister type level who can provide tax advice, however we would be happy to consider more of a para-legal type with tax experience who can help us get organised and get on top of our HMRC enquiries.
The role will include:
Co-ordinate with the sales team to support clients with HMRC tax enquires, liaising with tax counsel to draft responses and communicate with clients on the status of their enquiries.
The application of tax legislation to our companies, partnerships and individual clients. The examination of client accounts and research background material and the supply of expert advice on taxation matters.
