Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal / Chartered Legal Executive to join one of Cardiff's leading commercial law firms. The successful applicant will join a transaction team dealing with business sales and purchases. You will need to have excellent client care skills with the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level, strong technical skills, be IT literate and able to work well under pressure. In the course of the role you will take responsibility (under supervision as needed) for negotiating documents and coordinating the legal process through to completion. Training will be given and this is a long term role, with prospects for promotion as the candidate gains experience. You'll be a part or fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of three years’ experience gained in a commercial legal environment.
