Survey results for June
Our second COVID-19 member survey has revealed some interesting results. It would appear that 67% of our members surveyed are still working with 55% of those stated that they have found new opportunities.
In terms of working from home, 53% believe that they will continue to work from home at least partially and 21% intend to transfer their work to full time to their home office.
There are some positives in these results that show that Paralegals are in demand and are very resilient. Thanks to all those who took part.
Why did IOP carry out this survey?
Our first member survey was carried out in April when the UK first went into lock down. The aim of these surveys is to help us gain an understanding of how COVID-19 has affected our members businesses and jobs, so that we can support them during these challenging times and period of change.
How will IOP use the feedback gathered?
