Legal Teams fit for the future - CILEX and IoP Member engagement tour 2023 - Birmingham
CILEX and the IoP are hitting the road around the country to talk to paralegals and employers as the demand for paralegals continues to grow.
Members of the Institute of Paralegals and CILEX are invited to join this free interactive events where you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify details relating to the ongoing CILEX Charter Change consultation.
Following the consultation session, we will facilitate a more informal member discussion, which will provide an opportunity for members to share feedback about the issues that matter to you and to hear about our plans for member networking and other exciting changes.
A mixture of sector insight, new developments and information to support career development will be in the agenda for these events.
Topics include:
New career paths with professional status for paralegals.
Ideas for staff retention: Legal teams or delivery centres?
How to improve diversity, morale and productivity.
Following the events, we invite you to stay for a drinks reception where you'll have the chance to catch up with other members in your area.
The event is taking place from 5.30-8.00pm (registration open from 5.00pm).
