Talk 1: Data Protection/Compliance and Electronic Document Record Management Systems (EDRMS)
The issues of the Covid-19 pandemic have raised significant challenges for the Legal Sector.
Working away from the office, either permanently or for long periods of time has meant reduced effectiveness, lack of cohesion with colleagues and sometimes minimal interaction with customers.
Combined with this, is the worry and concern about the security of data being actioned every day by staff working remotely at home.
Finally, actually how data compliant are we? Are we ensuring we are correctly following data protection and compliance best practice? And what can we be doing better in this area.
Talk 2: The Key to Growing Your Legal Business - The Message
Customer experience resonates more with your customers than how long your business has been established, how big your offices are and what law school your director went to.
Kieran talks through his 4-year journey from sole trader to a national company with a team of 7 consultants. He shares his expansion plans and talks about how the marketing prowess of the likes of RedBull, Apple, The Dollar Shave Company (Google their marketing video!) resonates with him and in his estate planning team.
The secret: you’re not the hero! Your customer is.
