The Institute of Paralegals have established a series of monthly virtual events to provide you with a platform to hear from two guest speakers on a range of topics, ask questions and to connect.
Our free monthly events officially runs for an hour, between 1pm-2pm however you will be able to join the meeting from 12:45pm to allow you time to get settled in and introduce yourself to the group via the chat facility.
Talk - The Conveyancing Climate: Past, Present and Future
Maria will discuss topical issues arising in conveyancing in the current climate including the use of technology and electronic working, internal team structures and managing stress and volume.
About the Speaker
Maria Richards -Head of Residential Property, Coodes LLP
Maria has been working in residential conveyancing since 1998 where she worked her way from a legal secretary to paralegal and then qualified as a legal executive in 2005. She is now a partner at Coodes LLP and heads up the Residential Property Team. Maria has been actively involved in the education of paralegals since 2009 and assisted many paralegals to gain recognised qualifications.
