A free networking event for members of the Institute of Paralegals, legal professionals and law students.

The Institute of Paralegals have established a series of monthly virtual events to provide you with a platform to hear from two guest speakers on a range of topics, ask questions and to connect.

Our free monthly events officially runs for an hour, between 1pm-2pm however you will be able to join the meeting from 12:45pm to allow you time to get settled in and introduce yourself to the group via the chat facility.

About the speaker

 Darren Leggett is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of PLG – Striving to Put an End to Executor Stress.

PLG work directly with legal professionals and their clients, providing complete support for property that makes up part of the estate administration process for probate.

Darren’s role is focused on client relationships and ensuring that service delivery remains relevant as well as compliant.

He works closely with the Partners and Heads of the Private Client Department of law firms, as well as members of the private client department, to ensure they have the right services available to them. He also monitors service delivery quality and constantly looks at ways PLG can evolve to become of even greater value to its customers.

After realising there was a huge gap in the service available to solicitors, He spent 6 months travelling the UK, meeting with legal professionals to learn what it was they needed and indeed, wanted from a service provider. All he did then was create the service.

He is also a keen ambassador for men with mental health and established a group called ‘The Man Cave – it takes a real man to talk’.
