National Paralegal Awards 2023

The National Paralegal Awards 2023 is an exciting opportunity for the legal sector to reward and recognise the outstanding Paralegals in the UK.

Now in its fifth year, the Chartered Institute's of Legal Executives and the Professional Paralegal Register's annual awards focuses solely on the work and achievements of Paralegals, whether they are employed, self-employed, a volunteer or a business, as well as companies that support the profession. The categories we’ve chosen reflect the diversity of a Paralegal's role within the legal sector, and the services they provide.

Entries for 2023 are open and close on Friday 26 May 2023 at 5pm. Entries received after this date will not be included. The judging panel is made up of legal and business professionals of the highest standing.

There is an ‘early bird’ discount of £50 per individual category and £125 per business category.   You can enter up to three categories. Three categories can be a combination of both Individual and Business categories.  The early bird discount only runs till Monday 24 April 2023 at midnight. 

You will have until Friday 26th May at 5pm to submit your entry once you have registered and paid.

After that, the price will increase to £75 per individual category and £155 per business category.

Finalists will be announced on the 07 July 2023.

Awards Ceremony

We will gather together the finalists, chosen by our expert judging panel, with our sponsors and their guests for a live awards ceremony to celebrate excellence and to raise the profile of the work of Paralegals.

The  Awards Ceremony will be on Thursday 14 September 2023, from 6pm onwards, at the Grand Hotel, Birmingham, which provides the 2023 finalists, sponsors, judges and their guests with an opportunity to network face to face and for the sponsors to present winners with their trophy and framed certificate.

By entering the awards, you will be agreeing to purchase a ticket for £150 (early bird fee), or £185 (late fee) to attend the awards gala, should you be a finalist. The cost of this includes a glass of bubbly or orange juice on arrival, a three-course meal, half a bottle of wine or soft drinks, entertainment and your engraved trophy and framed certificate.
