The Home Office are redesigning a number of services relating to immigration.

The Home Office want to engage with a broad range of paralegals, to ensure that they design services that work as well as they can for the people who use them. They would like to invite you to take part in an online research session to hear more about your experience assisting people with immigration applications. The aim of the research is to understand:

  • how legal professionals work together as part of an application
  • the types of systems you currently use
  • your experiences around submitting documents and assisting people with applications.

A research session takes around 1 hour. They can provide a £50 voucher to say thank you for participating in a session.

If you are interested in taking part, please fill in this survey with information about yourself and your role. It will take around 2 minutes to complete: https://www.homeofficesurveys.homeoffice.gov.uk/s/MDZF47/  This will enable a Home Office user researcher to contact you to arrange a research session.
