The National Paralegal Awards looks to promote the amazing work of paralegals and the companies that employ them and champions the vital efforts they undertake for and on behalf of their clients.
Whether you’re a winner, highly commended or a finalist, the recognition you receive is invaluable. In addition to acknowledgement from your managers and others with the power to offer you promotion, you will be recognised as a successful individual by other potential employers, ultimately leading to a greater number of future career opportunities.
The entry process provides a unique opportunity to reflect on your career thus far and the awards ceremony itself offers an excellent environment for networking, while hearing about the achievements of other Paralegals, which can help you to identify your own skill gaps.
This year we have 18 categories, meaning 18 chances to be crowned a winner!
Judged by our esteemed panel of expert judges, made up of highly regarded legal and business professionals, these awards are a great motivator for paralegals and a way to recognise and reward them for their hard work and commitment.
HOW TO ENTER?
1. Request the entry pack and template for your category.
2. Read the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
3. Register and pay the entry fees before 8 May 2023 at midnight to benefit from the early bird offer.
4. Collate your information – you have up to 2,000 words (along with a 4 page supporting evidence attachment) to tell our judges why you deserve to win.
5. Fine-tune your entry and submit it before the submission deadline on 26 May 2023 at 5pm.
The finalists will be announced on 7 July and the winners will be presented with their trophies at the awards ceremony on Thursday, 14 September 2023. Taking place at the Grand Hotel, an iconic venue in Birmingham, the awards ceremony it's a hugely entertaining, joyous and celebratory occasion.
