Rebecca set up her consultancy some ten years ago on the basis of the Inland Revenue IR35 initiative, dealing with the legal and contractual issues. She quickly became a leading legal specialist in the field of IR35 and has written many articles on the subject and lectured at the London School of Economics.
The main basis of Rebecca’s work is giving consultations on self-employed business structures, drafting contracts and applying industry relevant legislation (e.g. the EAA Conduct Regulations, National Minimum Wage, the Working Time Regulations, etc). Specifically, Rebecca applies her knowledge to the ‘recruitment’ industry and the ‘coaching and mentoring’ industry, but also to other industries that use ‘self-employed’ contractors and atypical workers.
